- A delay or wrinkle in getting new features in a firmware package hardly
- changes the quality of the modem itself.

- By the way, the most time I waited on the phone was 20 minutes and that
- was no big deal since I simply turned on the speaker and waited until the
- tech came online. Didn't cost me anything since it was on their dime.
